email to your Daniel@ email addy sent...

Yes, I'm Shane. We first connected at the 'correct' email address around Jun29th.

I did speak to others in your office, and left messages, but we never did speak.

As per previous, I no longer require the service... organized alternate pickup.

S.

I've used FMA heaps , nothing but great service and great reports from me.
The one time I used another company they dropped the transmission and smashed the bell housing and damaged the t/c and pump.

I have never used FMA.
I have to hand it to him though ! At least he has the b@lls to get on here & try & sort things out.
Sounds to me like there are some communication problems in his office but that is not the customers problem.
I hope this all has a happy ending.

Hope you are comparing their quoted rate sheets back to the charged amounts - was talking to a vendor yesterday that was far from impressed about the across the board overcharging.

seems to be alot in your company that you are unaware about FM.

also seems to be alot of money that has been sent out that seems to come back to your account.....

never dealt with you directly, but to be honest, i dont think i would based on this thread.

My actual experience.
Every time ive used freight management ,ive had everything go fine, ive actually shipped things from myself to others and arranged to things shipped to me from others on at least 10 different occasions ,prices have always been good ,service has always been good, only niggle is sometimes communication with quoting is a bit clunky.
This has been spread over the last 6 or so years .
