Edit: sorry just read you have a CRD and this TSB does not apply to your vehicle.

I would be still talking to the dealer & taking a copy of that recall with me.
It doesnt actually say that it doesnt apply to the CRD, just says it applies to the petrol one.

Its worth noting that the car has to be within its warranty period for a TSB to apply. That makes it a no-go for me unfortunately.

The squeak itself doesn't bother me, its more if it is indicative of worse things to come! So far so good though...
