Default C/T Compass/outside Temperature

2006 3.0L CRD Limited Grand Cherokee WH .

Not sure if this option is fitted on your GC in Australia, but will ask anyway.

On the centre consul (same row as the Menu etc), I have a button that is marked "C/T" It is for Compass and outside Temperature reading. The outside Temperature reading has packed up (maybe bad temp sensor?). However, I have no circuit details so to trace the fault!! I do have circuit details for the USA (WK) model, but it appears that this option was not fitted to their GC.
Do you have this C/T button on your models?
if so
Does anyone have a circuit diagram?
Thank you.

My temp reading was stuck on one temp for a week, it would not change until I disconnected the battery for 10 min and it reset itself.
