Default Power steering pump pulley noise - is this stuffed?

So I have power steering pump/ pulley noise again. Massive squealing noise when running, increasing with engine speed. Eventually quietens down a bit after running for 20 minutes or so.

I replaced with a reconditioned one 2 years ago following similar symptoms.

I can get the noise to stop temporarily when I get some lube into the pulley shaft but soon starts again.

I'm guessing the bearings in the pump are stuffed again.

Seems like I have a pre update one in since I have a metal pulley?

Anyway, made a vid of the noise with the belt off. What do u reckon?
I notice the pulley doesn't quite line

You may have a problem with the belt tension.

Youtube conversion from iphone taking forever... I get a clicking noise when I turn the pulley with the belts off, I'm pretty sure it's stuffed.

I made a vid of the noise when it's running too and you can hear the squeal.

When it's started from cold it's worse. I've tried different belt tensions at this time to no avail, I usually have mine fairly tight it seems and I wonder if this has contributed to premature failure.

I did notice the pulley is slightly out of alignment as on the clutch fan pulley it looks like the new shiny polished line is out by a few mm compared to the old one. Using my eyeballs it looks to be slightly out to me too. I had an idler pulley fail a year ago so I'm wondering if this also contributed to that. Hmmmmm.

Have read elsewhere that the washers on the bolts that attach the pump are supposed to go between the mounting bracket and the pump as opposed to right below the bolt head, this is suppose to align the pump better. Wouldn't work on mine as there is a bracket attached to the engine bay which doesn't allow for any movement forwards or backwards for the pump, maybe it's a pre-update thing.

Anyhoo, back to fil for another reco pump.

Link to first vid with the belt off, I can hear a clicking noise when I turn the pulley. There isn't any play in the shaft but it doesn't sound smooth when turning.
