Default WK2 lock pick

Hi
Has anyone bought lock pick for the head unit in wk2? Just wondering if it still works on overseas models.

Cheers

The only one that I'm aware of that works on our vehicles is the NAV-TV one.
http://navtv.com/product/174/allgig-xg-hs.html

I've just ordered one with the modified harness that is also required because of the factory camera already fitted.
Should be here in a couple of weeks.

Hi there
The Nav TV one works on mine RB2 non GPS. I have two cameras fitted to the rear of my van and use a rotary switch to view which camera I wish behind the van when traveling. To turn on the Lock pick you double click the on off switch. When vehicle turned off returns to normal. With the lock pick on when traveling all functions still work you just can't see them. Use the steering wheel controls. If you have a photograhic memory touch the screen. The other well known brand I ordered fitted it and it worked but a black and white screen very poor sent it back for refund which I did get. The RB2 radio looks like the US ones however is made by mitsubishi. I attempted to overide the factory radio without the Lock pick but impossible. Can bus system. No actual reverse switch to overide system this is inside the gearbox and and works on electronic magic. I did explain this on the caravan forum some time ago but was told by a person with many years of experience that I did not know what I was talking about quite rude infact. I never have answered any forum about the Lock pick since. If you can overide the system without the lockpick I would take my hat off to you but I have the Nav TV from the US and it works very well.

I will look at the nav tv one. I did find another and sent an email to see if it will work (link below) jus want to be able to unlock DVD and nav on mine. That way I can have the kids watch movies instead of installing a whole new setup

From memory that coastaletech one linked above is the one David had trouble with.
Studgun on here (and JeepGarage) has a Nav TV one in his WK2 and works fine.

Default WK2 lock pick

Yep, NavTV is the way to go. They're really helpful, and it's easy to set up and install.
