He was going to give it wash polish when he got it home.

Once I saw the pics I said the same thing, that wont buff out easy lol.

Had an update on the insurance today and it looks like he is on his own and will learn this one the hard way.

What do you do?

Make sure you have insurance I guess

Insurance company will surly pay the claim.This was a sad incident.

Well that is looking really bad... i hope everyone is fine! how this happen? its looking like some rock hit the truck from the head.. anyhow glad to hear that insurance company will pay, because if you have to fix this by your pocket then its more socking then accident.

Well, your insurance says he is on his own, that means he should still be able claim from the B-doubles insurance since it was ruled the other drivers fault, but it is more of a hassle, to be sure.

Much easier when you just toss it to your insurance company & let them chase the other guys insurer, rather than having to do all the running around yourself.
