Any chance seeing a pic of yours Fester?
I'll chase it up. I've got it off at present to repaint and been working on gearbox but can take a pic of it. Might not get a mounted pic though as busy this week prepping for Byron trip this weekend (in other vehicle).

Basically it mounts to the rear edge of the gearbox crossmember and extends back to the very back of the TC. It more or less mirrors the shape of the crossmember and I have some nuts welded to the top side of the rear lip of the crossmember to fix it. Sits flat on the frame rails and held by large tek type screws but don't like that, intend to change them to nutserts.

Yes, a pic of it off would be good too.

Your explanation went right over my head. I'm just a dumb chippy remember.

Here's the pics of my transfer case skid. Bolts to the gearbox crossmember at the front edge and to the underside of the fame rails on each side.

Ahh, I get it now. Thanks for sharing.

I think that's what I'll do straight after the Flatland bar next week, which is after the rocksliders that I'm about to paint tonight.

It doesn't stop.
