Why take it off? I made up a SeaComms shade and stick it in about now and leave it in. Missus didn't like it at first but after getting sunburnt a few times she loves it now! Besides it only takes a couple of minutes to put it on

Looks great Beenyb, great choice of colour for you black Jeep, I just got the same one in silver. We need a topless day run.

You don't have to take the shade off once it's on, I keep mine on all the time the softops on and you can even keep it on with the hardtop.

Got my on Friday and thought the same - you can leave it on with the hardtop. Might have to have a bit more of a play with it but I think you need to remove too many of the "spiderballs" in order to lock you roof panels properly into place that the shade ends up looking like a saggy VN commodore roof lining.

Happy to hear how others have managed to keep it nice and tight....

Just fitted my AEV front bar yesterday!
Fell into a few issues as usual fitting the bar but all in all pretty successful.
Took me and a mate about 4 hours in total that included taking the bar off as we threw in the wrong bolts on the rail frame.

Anyone with the AEV found that the fogs now shoot a higher beam like almost as high as the headlighs?? or is it because the original bench seat was much lower?
