Should have the Jeep back by Wed arvo. Then to start working on fixing all the probs with it. Starting with the cheap stuff like knocking out the guts from inside the Cat. Hoping the only mech within an hour of me has an oxy and is willing to destroy what's left of the inside of it. Hoping with no guts in the Cat it will restore some power.
On another note I have sides and a roof on my shed now. Looking like I will have a complete shed minus slab by the middle of December. That being the case and the council signs off on it I can finish the inspection pit over the Christmas break, or while I am unemployed whatever the case may be after the 20th of December.

Regards A

It's all coming together slowly Ag, just hope it goes a bit smoother for you.

Back at Gilgandra tonight, picked up a near new van at Dubbo and traded in the camper, need a bit of comfort nowadays. Jeep is pulling it quite nicely, only weighs in at about 1800, only got about 700K's to go, so should sort any bugs out which I hope don't happen.

Yerr starting to feel better now the shed is nearly finished. Way to go with the caravan. Heaps easier I have found, especially if you want a 1hr snooze while on a long trip.

Crap all was going good then I found my tow bar was getting loose on the body, no good, parked up new van in safe storage and drove the Jeep home the last few 100K's without it behind, pissed off big time, god knows how much this repair will be !!!!!! Then when I get home there's a bloody black out, at least the genny is working nicely and I have plenty of fuel, but lookout if that situation changes, at least I have a spare. Oh and the landline phone has been dead for a week so I'm going wireless, stuff it.
Still smiling...................just.
