Hella ones are Orange and clear. The chrome ring feels much stronger with a metal backing plate. The Narva ones are cheaper and have a very plastic'y cheap feel. i have both in my hands yesterday. The Mini site has the Narva one i believe.

IM still trying to find a source for the tapered backing. Some Jeeps have it and some have the light attached direct to the fender. So far it doesnt seem year specific as there are a lot of differences between Aussie jeeps built in the same year.

Just check the lens colours on the Hella lights. The last time I looked they were only available in red/clear. Narva show the correct combination in thief catalogue.

I have the Hella ones on my desk atm. Definitely the right colors

Are these lights really necessary any more.. I've been contemplating taking them off all together on my CJ7.

By the way I purchased the Square type from Mascot Motors some years ago for $15 each side.
