that's really good to know. no problems with over heating like that? not putting too much load on the motor? what about your l/100km?

Same question applied to drgn1708erin, what kind of l/100 are you getting with that set up?

It does sit around 100-105c at 110k uses 13.5L/100k
I am also running more boost than standard as well, To help push the 33's.

Question with your conversion.
Do you have trouble with the console and 2nd gear? Mine seems to hit the console when changing to second?

hi, fuel economy seems to be 12-12.5l/100 city and 10.9-11.2l/100 highway.
Nathan,yea mine hits to, rectifying that prob so it looks factory is on my list.

capt crunch, if your in nsw you can come and have a look and drive it to see if you like ,before you do the conversion.

Okay thanks for the offer, I'm in Germany until March so this projects on hold until at least then, but I really want to get the info together before i decide to track someone down to check the car and keep it safe for me.

Mudmonster, do you run an oil cooler on the TD at all?

Only the factory oil cooler.
