Default Rolfe Motors Jeep ACT - An after-sales service good news story

Hi All,

I thought that seeing as I read so much about the poor after sales service from Jeep, I should share my good experience with you all. After all, my old Sales Manager used to tell me that if people have a god experience they'll tell 10 people and if they have a bad experience they'll tell 100.

When I first picked up the Jeep and did the inspection before taking the keys, I missed an issue with the tailgate handle. The plastic moulding was raised off the metal of the tailgate itself. It had warped.

At the 1000km service I told the lady in spare parts and she ordered the part, booked it in for a couple of weeks later and I had it installed this morning while I waited. They called me yesterday tro confirm the part had come in and it was all done for free of course, under warranty. My customer service experience both from the sales department and the service department has been nothing short of excellent in every interaction I've had with them. Maybe it's a Rolfe thing and not a Jeep thing. I'm not sure but I'm pretty impressed.

So this probably isn't as big a service issue as some of the mechanical ones I see posted here but I thought it was worth showing everyone that good service does indeed happen!

Great to hear!
There is a feedback section on AJOR. I hope the mods can find the time to move your thread there. Its a good place to have this so that any new jeeper can look up & see who is good in their location & also to see who to stay clear of.
