Default Modified front bash plate.

While I was having overheating issues with my CRD, I decided to try running without the front bash plate to see if it got some more air flowing around the engine.
It didn't!
So before refitting the plate, I got it back to being straight, gas axed some holes it it to reduce weight and let a bit more air flow, filled the gouges and scrapes and repainted it.
Result, a slightly modified unit which I think looks pretty good.
I'm also going to look at mounting an oil cooler on the lower section of it.
I'll check it when I replace the steering damper with the new Fox unit I got.

Default Modified front bash plate.

Pretty good job cutting those holes with a gas axe, I probably would have used a hole saw but pretty neat job you did.
