The best you can do is to get some of the +100 or thereabouts globes. They are still standard wattage but a better quality globe and do make a noticeable difference but are still not fantastic.

Spotlight switches.
Does jeep sell individual switches to fill the blank switches located in front of the centre console?

No unfortunately. The switch bank is actually full already when you pull it apart and the switches they use are omlydesigned for switching imputs to the computer.
