With the sway bar up so high, do the tyres clear the disconect pins when on full lock with full articulation?

No muffler. Diesel doesn't need it. It's abit throatier at idle and definitely not objectionable at speed.

Just fitted Nemesis industries front shock relocation brackets and a set of Carolina metal masters grab handles. Just waiting for ARB twin compressor to fit under drivers seat on CMM mount plate.
