Default Smokers/Quitters

I remember a discussion in the rant thread last year about a few of us quitting smoking, well I failed on that attempt and at least one since but am onto it again, this time I am on Champix and it's been 12 days since I have had a smoke. I'm feeling pretty good most of the time and still don't want to get any smokes even when I feel like I need one. I've also been able to stand with and chat with the smokers at work while they have been smoking and haven't felt like one so I think that is a win, I haven't been brave enough to get on the piss with smokers yet though as I know that will be the real test.

How are the other quitters going?

Well done mate. You could finance a Jeep on what they cost these days. Plus you'll feel better.

I've quit at least 20 times this year. Got a few left in my pack.

Its not the addiction by habit and lifestyle that makes it difficult for me.

Well done!

I went into the e-cig route so I mix up the nicotine liquid (or buy it from overseas as its not legal to purchase here - yet legal to import... I dont ask...) haven't had a durrie in almost 4 months - had a puff and tasted like shite - so dont even bother about them now - still get my nicotine but no bad smells and about 3,996 less chemicals than in a durrie.

Keep up the good fight!
