New engine tj VIC

Hey peeps I'm in a bad spot at the min my tj has decided to start to play the music of the drum lords

from deep below the pistons sounds like someone is trying to knock my door down so the time has come

that I will need to change the engine.



I'm after a 4.0l that's in half good condition doesn't need all the trimmings on the outside just mainly block,

head and valve cover and to be complete within that (short motor) I think they call it.



It does have to be a wrangler engine because of various mounting points for accessories.



If anyone can help would be awesome I'm in VIC country just outta melb.



Problem is I don't have a lot of cash so I kinda need it not the cheap side if you can help say no more than

$400??

There were a few wrecking on gumtree last time I looked, but for $400 you're gonna get an engine about as good as what you're trying to get rid of...

I have one out of an xj which should be the same other than some of the external stuff you should still have. someone correct me if im wrong. id sell it for the right price though. po said it ran fine he replaced it with a v8 and I got it off him as a spare. im in country vic as well and can deliver to eastern suburbs of melbourne
