Brake pad clips?
Ever since I installed new brake pads, I have a "cluncky" brake right front, like clunk clunk when tapping the brake pedal.
I never had those little clips on the end (both ends), not with the old pads and not with these new ones, since there is no way they fit with them with clips on. Pads otherwise have been on there now for a good 2000 km and still do this (right side only) especially when been driving for a while. I had a look after a drive, but nothing obviously loose or with any play. Pads seem snug (not stuck) in the calliper.
Question: did my year(s) come with the brake/calliper clips, not the small clips on the end of the brake pad but the ones in the pic? Anyone using these?
I reckon they might keep the pad from not 'retracting' once the brake is let off..
Cheers.

Stop calling your car a "she". It's a car.
