Not sure on whether anyone in Aus is a reseller. I went direct from Steiger and the freight time was pretty good. The question is how many to order? The freight cost is the same for one or four. My suggestion is to get all four as two others of mine were close to failure. Also, once you've fitted them you are worry free about when another will fail. It's not a case of if, it's a case of when? Its inevitable if they're not replaced.

thanks for every ones help I pulled the door apart and yes a visit to the steiger web page tonight and no ordered a replacement. until it arrives fingers crossed the zip tie dose the trick.
