Hmm been a while since I have updated this.

I have fitted a roadsafe adjustable track bar to the front and removed the relocation bracket that came with the lift. Nearly removed all of my bumpsteer. Next on the list is the front diff. I will use an XJ HP diff hopefully do the WJ knuckle/brake swap at the same time.

Also put a relocation bracket in the back for the rear track bar just to square it up.

Josha, I've used the Detail Doctor stuff, does a better job & lasts a lot longer than Mothers or Meguiars muck. When I bought my xj quite a few years ago the plastics were faded & I got some white stuff that looked like white ointment from Supercheap I think. Brushed it on, & let it soak in. Plastics looked great for about five years, when they started to fade, couldn't find the bottle of stuff & couldn't remember the name of it either ( still can't ). spent years since chasing it to no avail. Went in to Reject shop in Caloundra last time I was up there & Detail Doc was $9 a bottle so grabbed a few. If I ever remember what the other stuff was I'll post it up on here. Regards oldon.

A mate has used some plastic restorer from WURTH. Was a clear liquid that came in a 20lt container marketed for the detailing industry. Apparantly it is unbelievable, but as you could imagine, expensive.

I only saw a thread somewhere this week, but can't remember where. The poster was using a 50/50 mix of linseed oil and thinners on his plastics with amazing results.
