Default Gps imposible to understand

I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited and the Gps abriviates all street names, so you cannot understand anything it says.
Does anyone else have this problem, I have asked the dealer and all they have said is "we'll talk to Jeep about it".

Just had mine in for it's 10,000kms service.. told them about the GPS & they updates the software.. it's better but not perfect... at least now it tries the whole name. Service done by Keema Springwood Jeep... Very happy with their service standards & timely... was infact delivered 4 hours earlier than requested.
