As far as I know samco only sell them as a set. There are a few people wrecking diesel wranglers at the moment. Try them.
I know your frustration, I broke one and had to buy 2. Fitted them both so it doesn't happen again.

Pretty sure 2 samco will be cheaper than one factory. I'd just do both with samco and never have to worry again

Called Murchisons, they don't have in stock, so Monday will be the earliest I'll get one. They only sell the set but still cheaper than the single hose replacement so.. I guess I will have a spare turbo to intercooler hose for a while.
Just tried a amalgamated tape and cable tie repair, not sure how it will go for now but nothing to lose.
Very easy to replace, will probably replace the busted hose in the carpark at Murchisons..
Thanks for your replies guys, I guess even though its an old thread, the problem has not gone away yet....

Hi Folks, Long time not seen.
Here some tips for you from Europe:

JK 177 PS: http://www.ks-tuning.de/de/Turboschl...links-rec.html

JK 200 PS: http://www.ks-tuning.de/de/Turboschl...links-rec.html

And how they look like on the JK:

Ps: Currently I run the new MOPAR 1 silicon layer turbo pipes and everything is fine. Been running them already since 50.000 km and no sign of cracking etc. Price in Europe for the 2 MOPAR new silicon model turbo pipes about 250-280 EURO including taxes.
Codes for the last above (JK model 177 PS):
55056639AD - Turbo Intercooler Hoses, Upper, 2.8 diesel
55056640AD - Turbo Intercooler Hose, Lower, 2.8 Diesel

All the best!

Default turbo hoses - new stock version

Thought I'd add just one last comment on this thread from me.. I got a set of Samco hoses in the end (even though the turbo to cooler hose was still ok).
What I did notice is that the hose replaced back at 70k was a different material, it looked like the silicone ones that Samco sent. So before anyone replaces their hoses they may want to check and see if they have the stock updated versions already fitted. The original "poor" hoses seemed to be "dimpled" where as the later hoses are shiny smooth.
I've attached a pic of my old (dimpled) cooler to inlet hose that I had to repair to get me by and the dealer replaced turbo to cooler hose, you can see the difference.
