I think the stated 45kg ball weight is unloaded, as the Nosecone is the main storage id guess this goes up very quickly.

Where did you get the topper from Dave.

Spotted the topper on special for $229 at Pillow Talk while.we were buying some new pillows as it were. Had though about getting a new mattress but as its about 2in all round smaller than a queen it would need to be custom made and.max 18cm thick... $800 to $1000 min for anything half decent. At least with this topper I can unzip its cover and trim it down to suit.

Will be trimming this weekend then heading off for 2 nights in 2 weeks to give it a test.

Are you heading up Noosa North shore again Dave ??, we still haven't managed a camp up there yet but have driven it a few times now, do you camp towards the Noosa end or at the Double Island end of the camping zone ??. now we have had our shake down runs plan is to get it off road up that way or out the back of Kilkoy some where.

We stop in one of a couple of nice flat areas with a good view about 1.8km from the very northern end of the camping zone. Its only about 2km from freshwater track so close to empty the portaloo as packing up!
