Apologize? For what? Telling it how it is so others don't get ripped off? I wouldn't have noticed this thread either if you hadn't raised it Broome Chic so thanks for that. And you didn't mention how long it took to get their money back or what avenues they had to go through or how much they had to spend to get it. Also I think it's great you showed the owner and I'm sure Rosi would be glad to know they know and that you've raised the issue for a whole new audience who wouldn't have otherwise known not to go to Minshull's.
Not really sure the fact they are local or hard working should have any relevance? Does it some how let them off the hook? I am guessing the owners of the business have just become aware of the thread. Don't worry the more this thread gets talked on the higher it moves up search pages.

From said company: I would like to have this complaint that is posted on your page removed as we have refunded the customer in full and believe this to be damaging to our business. If this is not removed with in 7 day I will be taking legal action against both the customer and yourself/ausjeepoffroad for the defamation you are allowing to continue against this business.
