What is the truck on the tilt tray??? Is it a Gladiator/J10?

J truck on the tilt tray. There's a few places here with tones of MB's need to stop by and have a look. Most of them are out towards the Burmese boarder I noticed when I was over that way on bike but camera was dead.

Why aren't they being imported?
Are they not for sale? Perhaps it would be cost prohibitive.??

Woulnd't surprise if the Thai government won't let them out of the country based on some historical reason.
