Well, i had a crack at the install, all good except getting the actual fan off the main nut, i tried to jam something in to stop the whole lot from spinning but everything i tried wasn't good enough to allow me to really push on the spanner. So ill have another crack at it next weekend with a bigger screw driver and see how i go, hopefully i have a bit of luck.

Use a socket on the little nuts. It will jam it stuck nicely.

There are 4 or so nuts visible through the holes in the pulley. Put on a socket on one of them to jam it.

While its on the engine, you need to smash/shock it with a large hammer, the nut gets seized onto the thread. Bashing it will shock the nut and make it able to be removed.
