Just thought I'd throw out my findings after recently upgrading intake and injectors on the 4.0. First tank Of fuel chewed through pretty badly and clocked about 410km, but this was as the the engine ecm was re-learning for the first 50 key starts but now that is out of the way I nearly fell out of my car door today when I had a quick look at the trip meter overhead to read a 11.8L/100km whilst winging down the freeway today at 105kph.
Thought this was pretty good as previously it would spit out about 16L/100km on the hwy but well worth the coin spent on the engine upgrades as driving habits havnt changed with a 5" lift and 31" shoes.
Hoping out of a full tank of engine juice to at least give me around 550k plus. Fingers crossed.
