Totally agree with that.

I have 31" on my manual TJ and 5th is pretty much redundant until you hit 100kph. At the first hint of a rise in the road, it's back to 4th anyway.

Thanks for the info guys, price is 12k so i am thinking is a little high good info re tyres have been going through some of the threads on here great info

If you can, get one with half doors. Mine's a 2000 Gen 1 and the half doors makes all the difference to me. I love them and very tempted to get a set for the JK.

What year did Gen 1 run to, what are the major changes to Gen2, My XJ has 240,000km on it motor still strong, what would consider high km on a TJ, I am narrowing down to 2003 or newer at the moment

Really appreciating the help here, thanks guys.

Just come across an 06, 65th edition, asking 10k, pics look pretty tidy, looks like 31s on it, 110,000km, current owner never been offroad, previous history yet to be discovered, rest looks fairly stock.

How does it sound?
