Default Key unlock not working
I couldn't unlock the Commander today, from the key button, tried the wife's key same problem. Changed the battery, still no go.

The central lock button, on the door armrest works o.k.
Getting dark, so will look into it tomorrow.
Has anyone had the problem?

Has anything changed over the weekend?

Jumped the vehicle due to flat battery?

Does central locking work locking/unlocking the vehicle with the key in the drivers door?

Check fuses

Yes I'm going to check the fuses tomorrow, but it was weird tonight, the fob worked.
I don't know what is failing, but I'm sure I'll find out.

Put the key in the ignition, turn to on position, then press lock button on key, then press unlock on key.

Remove key from ignition & all should work like normal again.

Thats random, that happened to mine while camping so i just used the key to unlock but the alarm went off, i didn't realise the misses had her key which worked, lucky. By the time we got home from camping mine was working again and has since.

Trust clarky to know a fix he is the king of problem solving, thats a great bit of info to keep in mind.
