Been seeing a lot of post about JPA of late so I think it's time to share my story about him and see if I can get any out come from it.....
Hey all, most of you would know of a jeep parts Company here called jeep aftermarket parts Australia. About 6 months ago, or even more now, I ordered an angry grill and hurricane flat flares off him. I paid my money and all was good.
He then got in contact with me 2 or 3 days later after I had made my order, saying that the price was wrong for the flares, saying I had not paid enough, that was fine by me. I didn't want to pay the extra so I asked for my money back and he agreed and said that was fine.
2 or so weeks went past and I hadn't got my $600 back off him. I had tried to get in contact with him, though he wouldn't reply and wouldn't pick up his phone calls, but would reply to everyone else, and post stuff on his wall.
hmmm....Another 4 weeks went past still no money, still no reply...
One day he finally answered a call off a private number, and agreed to it refund my money and for me to send him an email with my bank account details, so I did so.
1 month went past no reply, no money, and that's what's it's been like for the last how ever many months it's been now.....
Until the other week he got in contact with me when I commented on one of his post saying he hasn't given me my money back, which he then kept deleting my comments, saying he had, which he hasn't, and if he had I asked him to prove it... So he said he would..
Now another 5 weeks or so have gone past, once again not replying.
So in regards to this I just wanted to let everyone one know to steer clear...
J.P.A I want my $600 back.
No customer service whatsoever. I'm a very Unpleased customer.
And to anyone that says he wouldn't do that, I have recorded phone calls, and have screen shots of all our messages to prove it...
I'm sorry for putting your business down, but when you won't return what is rightfully mine, I think it needs to be done...
A simple refund for a product I never received should have not taken this long!
