Do you have any issues with engineering requirements for more than 20% power increase? I think that is what the regs in NSW say.

Yep +20% in Victoria requires engineering...... and that's completely ignoring the requirement to have LOCAL emission compliance because the tune has been modified.

A few companies are "working" on compliance but that's easy to say = one has been using that line for 5+ years now...... obviously slow workers

We have a guy in the club (SJC) who had done it and loves it. From recollection the power increase was 30 %+ depending on tune. A very thirsty ball tearer on one hand, and a 30% increase with reasonable consumption on the other.

It's a lot to get to a point that might not be much improved on a 3.6. But its a reasonable solution if the only other option is a Hemi (twice the cost easily).

Turbo lag and (no) off-idle torque means I wouldnt go the turbo route. We actually use the JK.

Don't care at all about regs
Under the hood looks factory and you cannot hear the blower, so doubt it will ever be an issue. ( The sprintex is noisy, magnuson and edelbrock are not)
At idle and cruise it sounds stock.
When you are on boost it makes a slight whine, but the induction noise is way less than NA. So overall it is quieter, so seems way more effortless.
Fuel consumption with the blower/tune is actually improved over stock.....if you refrain from using the power all the time
The tune is better than factory, smooth, responsive and it rips in the sand and from the lights! Hilarious seeing my girl blow away sports cars from a stop...she loves driving it even more now.
Cost was a little over 10k all in.

The annoying bit for me is that all these charts are measured against kph. I want to know what the output is per the RPM readings!

Where did the Edelbrock & tune come from?

Blue run starts at bit over 2000rpm and ends at the raised rev-limiter of 7200rpm
Red run starts a lil higher and ends at stock rev limit.
All runs in 3rd gear on the 5 sp auto, stock diff ratios.
Edelbrock kit was a tuner kit from USA and was tuned by myself.
NA tuning was done with Diablo.
SC tuning was started with Diablo and worked rather well.
Finished tuning with HP tuners as they have trans tuning also.
Final result is really impressive, the 3.6 takes to boost really well.
I'm more than happy to share the tune if someone here wants to S/C their JK
