Post Headlight Upgrade

Hi all, im after some advice in regards to upgrading the 7 inch headlight for the jk. Ive tried various globe replacements but they're just not cutting it for me anymore so I have decided to go for a total change of headlight.

Im not in the market anything too expensive such as the jw speaker, but more so an "ebay special" as they say. Have noticed various 7 inch ones online but I am a little hesitant to buy without prior knowledge.

Any recommendations or info would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

What have you got currently ?
My 2007 build which I purchased 'new' in 2009 had the lights changed out by the dealers to Hellas due to corrosion issues (Must have been standing out in some sea port car park rusting for nearly two years before they sold it to me 'cheap')

I find the Hellas much improved on the originals with decent light spread on dipped (which was an issue with the stock ones) & good full beam

Does for me on most roads
If I need anymore spread just switch on the stock fog lights.
Bulbs are cheap

Ive been doing bit of research about this. I found truck lights for 400 each from truck shop in melbourne.
But then i said to myself i only use my car for a toy. So now im looking at narva 72000 with phillips +100 globes.
Not sure on price but i think globes are about $80. Will do this after i fix the tail lights.

The best cheap change is either the Narva or Britax inserts with 100+ globes. not sure about the Narvas, but the Britax have parkers so no rego problems if you have to get an inspection.

Where are you? I have a pair of the Britax ones that I swapped out when I got my JW Speakers. They are very good, but I'd probably go with the Trucklites if I was doing it again.

^This. The Britax inserts are a 100% improvement over stock and cheap!

What's a Britax insert? Just had a Google and can't find anything obvious, got a link?
