Personally I'd just get the adjustable rear uppers - plenty of good brands out there very few bad.
Spend minimum on the other arms to get safe for the road. Put the money you were going to spend on the replacement arms asside to save for long arms.
If your bloke sells & fits Jeep parts he really should know this stuff...

Ye thats what hes told me aswell but my only issue is, with the jeep being my daily driver, i dont want to draw any unessary attention to myself (piggies) with long arms. I know itll be good for the car and ive been in jeeps with long arms and they were amazing but its thw risks im worried about. Does anyone here run long arms on a daily? Id like to know if youve been done, what were the consequences etc.

I don't think long arms stand out that much more than any others. It's the extra height people like to put in to match the long arms that gets you (unless you're running funky colours or something).

I run a full traction long arm kit and havent had any issues, but it's definitely not a daily. It goes on road between my home, workshops, and tracks.

As far as the rest goes I would get adjustable upper control arms as mentioned and cheap lowers (either replacement stock items second hand or just some heavy duty fixed length ones that go pretty cheap).

I wouldn't bother with shock relocation brackets but thats a personal choice. You don't really have issues with the shocks hitting the spring perches until you're on 4" or higher lift and really flexing it out, and even then I ended up removing my shock relocation brackets and simply cutting notches out of the spring perch instead. The relocation brackets cost you about an inch of shock travel.

I got pulled up by a cop tjat owns a few jeeps and stuck his head under and didnt say anything. The only thing they look for with jeeps are big tyres i got done for 35s and that was it. Just had to take it to vic roads with stockies and $25 inspection fee

I wish that was how it worked in WA...

If we get a defect sticker here we have to take it for an inspection and they inspect the entire vehicle regardless of what the original defect was for...
So if i ever get pinged for 35s, theyre gonna be doing an inspection on the long arms and all
