If it was still we would have probably had a go. Fresh and clear water and both had snorkels. Apparently the water was 12 degrees..air temp was about 5 at the time!
Not trying to be a nag or anything, but stay away from water if you can even with snorkles on as it damages more than that...trans, winch, motor ( any leaks in the airbox etc ), diffs and on and on, as I have damaged my Jeeps due water seeping in and it's not fun..
Many accidents/death happened because of perceived understanding and "she'll be right" attitude when drivers have fourbys with snorkels fitted.
