Hey all,
Purchased my 2013 Wrangler 2 door about a month ago. I come from a Toyota hilux and have reasonable 4wd experience. traded up because i got sick of driving a truck everywhere, and scraping the belly on the smallest bump.

Looking to basically fully kit up the car over time. I purchased stock, So far i have changed the headdeck to a Pioneer 7" screen with reverse etc. Just had an ARB underbody armor fitted as well as a Uneek rock slider. Rugged ridge diff sliders are shipping as we speak.

Included in the list to come is Front and rear bars, roof racks, tyres, lift kit.

Thought i'd say hi, feel free to throw many any advice. Hope to see you on the tracks

A good choice. Just enjoy using it for what it is and you'll have a blast!

Being that the JK is probably the most capable 4WD you can buy in stock form, it has the inherent compromises that you'd have to expect with any beam axle vehicle....ie, you have to drive it, all the time, they do not track like an independent suspension vehicle....they suffer slightly from bump steer and the ride/handling is a compromise with their intended use.
Overall, they manage the limitations of the design very well....enough that I'm quite happy using mine every day to commute.....but they are what they are. I laugh when I see on-line reviews that complain about these sort of things that the JK actually deals with quite acceptably.......the people writing these reviews simply don't understand mechanical limitations and the amazing capability of the vehicle for it's intended role. A stock JK will go places you don't expect.
