Default Wheel load rating

Where/how do I find load ratings of my wheels ? Poked around on here and Jeep Garage but haven't found what I'm looking for.

I want to buy a second hand set to go on our van and match the car, but they need to be rated to 1250kg each.

I know there is a heap of other stuff to check before fitting, but if they aren't rated to 1250kg I dont need to worry....

IIRC a member ~ Drover, was having issues obtaining 1250 kg rated rims for a van. There was a thread about it. I cant understand why you need such a high rating. Are your tyres rated that high & is your van that heavy ~ 1250 X 4 = 5,000 kg!

Can you mount Jeep rims to your van's hubs? A lot of hubs, you can't.

Cheers

Thanks folks, van is single axle, so 2500kg, yes tyres are rated to 1550kg. Have found some alloys with correct wheel pcd load rating etc, but just not sure if a got genuine WK2 rims they would be okay on the van....

Been told that I can get blank drums then get an engineering shop to fit correct bolt pattern. All a bit of a fiddle, just doing some initial research at present...

I looked into fitting Jeep wheels to our new camper.
I was informed that it was not possible to machine 12" braked ALKO hubs for the small inner circle and small bolt pitch on the Jeep rims - same story for Land Rover Discovery and Volkswagen Amrok. There simply is not enough metal on the hub.

Good luck with the process.

Cheers
