I am about to retro fit a 2006 KJ ARB bar to my 2003 KJ and will be looking for same thing, so I will let you know how I go if no one else can help.

Have ARB omitted the tow/recovery points on the front of the KJ bar, seams a bit silly but probably a decision they made to protect us from ourselves seeing how some get pretty rough especially with snatch recoveries.

Will the OEM tow hooks fit with the ARB bar in place? I don't know how the ARB bar mounts up to the front of the KJ so am not sure.
If the OEM ones will fit then that is an option.
Not cheap tho, last time I checked at a dealer they were somewhere around the $300 dollar mark and had to come from the USA as there were none in the country.
Part # is 82206124

Edit: Just checked the last quote I got for the tow hook kit - $243 from my local Jeep dealer but a 6 week wait as they had to come from the USA.

They are available from a couple of the online Mopar stores and other Jeep parts sellers in the US (haven't checked Aus sellers). Cheapest I could find with a quick search was $110 usd plus about $50usd shipping

I have completed the Bull bar fit and the only place to fit tow hooks would be where the original tow loop on drivers side came from, same bolt pattern on passenger side, had no real luck finding aftermarket either...
