Default Seen any pics of a stainless snorkel?

Looking at fabbing a snorkel out of ss but haven't been able to find a single example online. I figure itll require two bends which may make it look a bit naf, but maybe not. I'll mock one out of pvc before going ahead but it'd be great to see a pic of a completed example. Hoping you guys have superior googling skills that I.

I have one on mine. If i could do it differently i would but the pipe doest look too bad going up the pillar and if u angle right it u won't need bends to to get between the open bonnet and pillar. Best way would be run the pipe through the guard or relocate a few things behind the airbox. If i could do it again I'd run stainless straight off the tb and have an inline filter then straight out the guard.

Awesome, good to hear that it's been done successfully before. Any chance you could post some pics up for me?

I've got a couple. I don't like how the shop has put bends going in to the guard. Would've prefered one 90 deg elbow coming out of the guard to a 45deg then running up the pillar but this is what im stuck with atm. Also should have gone with 4" instead of 3.5"

Nice looking jeep man. How much lift are you running?

Thanks heaps for the pics and the good ideas. Ive looked at some inline filters since you mentioned it. The Donaldson looks good to me. Then I could delete the resonator and have the snorkel exit the engine bay halfway up the quarter panel rather than right at the front. My lpg system takes up a fair bit of room under the hood so real estate there is at a premium.

Yeah it looks to me as though they've run the snorkel through the original inlet in the airbox right? Id have thought it easier as you said bend the snorkel 90 degrees and run it to a new hole in the side of the box, blanking the original one off. Its good to see they just needed a single bend to run it up the a pillar. Was a bit worried about that.

That's awesome. Anyone else got pics they can share?

I had a Ford Explorer with stainless snorkel, 2" body lift and a set of Mickey T's. Looked good till I wrote it off.
