Default Engine check light

Hi Guys,
I ran the engine with a few sensors disconnected, so now the engine check light is on.
Car is all fix, but how do I clear the error and make the engine check light go out ??

Thought every Jeep owner had a scan tool. Use mine every day possibly because I am reluctant or too lazy to swap out the solenoid block in the gear box.

Some CEL lights go out by themselves if the fault has been rectified and the jeep has done a few start/stop runs.

So if disconnecting the battery does not turn the CEL off...it may go off by itself within a few days.
