Well the replacement injectors are in and so far so good, slight leak on the return line but a new O ring should sort that.

Noticeably less soot out the exhaust and I feel it has more get up and go.

Here is a pic of an original injector (top) and the replacement out of the 09 CRD

Just on the cost of injectors, if the guys did not have a near new set for mine, I was looking at German refurbished injectors that would cost about $A210.00 delivered.
Found them on ebay they have sold a heap and their feed back is good.

Yes, no stalling at all (so far). Half a litre better economy and the engine doesn't skip a beat when I turn the steering wheel from lock to lock as it used too.

The aircon has been running flat out for the past few days without as much as a hiccup so my confidence is building that it is fixed.

Can you see any compensation/classification codes on the injectors?
They are unique to the clearances of each component
Something like
