did anybody ever bother to take of the rear / hatch door of a WJ?
I have some rust areas on the roof which I want to fix and it would be easier to reach it if I take of the rear door.
I just wonder if the 2 hoses coming from the main body into the door are clips which I easily can take off (like in the front doors), or are these fixed wires which I may need to cut?
I tried to find some information on the web but all I could find was the front and back doors for passengers.
Yes, I swapped out my rear hatch, most difficult part was removing the washer nozzle hose.
The looms go into connectors right at the grommets, I hope I will remember to take a picture of the connector this evening, the breaker which sold me the hatch cut the wires, so I have the connector floating around somewhere in the garage.
