Hi all, A couple of things. Still cuts out only when you flatten it. Does anyone have a fuel rail sensor spare, the one at the front that I can try just to see if this is the problem, or where I can purchase one here in Australia plus a part number. Second thing, any idea when the diag pro looks like being available?
Thanks,
Rob

Fuel sensor is 05139700AA

Diag Pro is now in the Google Play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...pswj.WJdiagPro

It's no longer free, but worth the small cost in my opinion. It now also works without internet, which us helpful for 4WD-ing in Australia.

Hey Mountain Man, I'll be interested to see how you go as I'm having similar issues.
My latest update is that I pulled the fuel pump off again and found a tiny o ring in one of the end caps had pinched. I replaced it and all of a sudden I have full power back and no stalling under load but I'm back to leaking fuel from the pump! A leaking pump was the reason I put a new seal kit through the pump and directly after the new seal kit it started stalling under load.

Hi all, The last thing that I done was change the hose that goes from the filter to the back of the fuel rail as the original had some cracks.
I took it for a couple of spins and all seemed good until I really flattened it and got the revs up, then it cut out.

I found that I could drive it as hard as I wanted, so long as I didn't flatten it hard. So, I have given it a few good hits today, and all seems good. I might go down the road into the National Park exit which is up hill and give it a hard hit to see if it cuts out, but I just find it odd that I can pump the throttle to almost flat and all good, but hit the floor and it cuts out.

So it's all fixed now?

My symptoms were the same but my issue was that when I put the new seal kit through the high pressure pump, I mixed up the order of the o-rings and didn't change the green ones inside the main shaft.
