So you drive an XJ and your asking here on the KJ forum. Yes they do have the same bolt pattern (5 on 4.5) but the only rims I would recommend for more offset are the Quadratec MOAB clones, which are 16x8. I ran them for years on my KJ CRD with 255/70R16 Duelers on them.
Look here:

I had to directly import my set (5) and it was not cheap, even worse now with GST on them. The shipping will be the same cost as the rims. I brought them in two at a time as I found it saved a bit on shipping. You can't buy them in Australia.
You migt try to locate a set of old TJ Rubicon rims (which look the same as these MOABs) but they are very rare and tightly held.
Secondly, I would not have bought a JBA lift for a KJ in AUstralia. JBA stuff is ok for the USA, but if your planning on taking it into the outback the corrugations will destroy the JBA stuff Should have talked to us here first, Murchison Products in Brisbane has good solid KJ lift gear. Stu (Murchison) has special King springs made for lifting KJs, and will supply the struts and rear shocks as well. OME used to be the obvious choice for struts and shocks but they have stopped making them for KJs now that they are so old. I ran OME for 8 plus years no issues. I am still using an old set on the rears. Optec seem to be the replacement now.
As far as tyre rubbing, lifts create all sort of clearance issues, the Pinch Weld mod is a good place to start (do a search in this forum to find it.
It's not usual for stock upper control arms to rub and that is why many folks went to JBA Upper Control Arms (they push the tyre back into a normal stance (and these are the only JBA product I use on my CRD). Again I would not run a JBA lift but good luck with it.
