The lightning bolt symbol is a drive by wire throttle fault, but without an OBD diagnosis you're flying blind. It's best to grab a good scan tool and keep it in the car at all times. I use Bluedriver, it's able to delve deeper into Jeep specific fault codes than the common ones can.
