The N23 recall and subsequent updates were a nightmare. Some owners had new transfer case motors fitted foc others found an unflashed FDCM module from a sh vehicle which appeared to fix the problem. The main cause appeared to be faulty board in the tc motor.I would ask the dealer to email the N23 timeline of updates done on your vehicle .Plenty of info on all Jeep forums.I would also get under the vehicle and remove and clean the connection to the tc motor.Another big problem was ,many dealers were short cutting the P73 update it had to be done to the letter.no ifs or buts.
Richard Cluley ,Jeeps R Us Coffs Harbour NSW has had extensive experience with this problem give him a call he may be able to tell you what he thinks is the best way to go forwards.Another hint the service 4wd came up in my GC after the fix when I had a dodgy battery.Another thing to clean is front and rear diff wiring/connectors
.PS It would be better if you put this in the original N23 thread,

I am only going off memory, but I think I read a faulty wheel speed sensor can give the same service 4x4 system.
Can someone confirm that? Maybe Clarky.

The service warning can come up for multiple reasons but I think Turismo is heading in the right direction with the T/C motor and dodgy connector
