From the USA. When I was in the ME I found a few places didn't want to ship to me. So I got a shipping address in the USA through a company. They are companies that basically allow you to buy from the US and they receive your package, and then they ship it to you. Solves the problem of direct shipping and the insane international fees some companies charge.
I will say they can sometimes be a bit of a pain and can sometimes be a delay, but that is true of any mail service I guess. I did find that somehow I could do this and get items sent to me cheaper than buying local or paying other companies that would ship. Companies like ship2me and USship and reship and US2me and shipitto and shopmate are all essentially the same. Can be worth a look in situations like this - read reviews before you sign up, of course.
