Default Seat position and radio station memory alzheimers

We have a 2015 that intermittently since new, but worse now, has trouble remembering seat position. Seems to revert to memory 2 setting i think when it forgets not 1 like you would expect and we are forever having to re-save radio stations.

I was thinking because car is 4 years old this Xmas that maybe the battery is on the blink but weird that it has happened randomly since new.

I have a similar experience with the seat and steering wheel settings. I have since found if I release the foot brake before starting engine it seems to alleviate this problem. With the radio do a soft reset and the stations should re appear.
Cheers Peter

How do I do a soft reset?

I have done a bit of searching and apparently if you move your seat all the way forward and all the way back it can reset the memory to your setting which should include the radio settings as driver settings are saved in the memory 1 or memory 2 setting.

I will give this a go when I get home.

For a soft reset
Put engine start button on acc.
Push in and hold the volume knob and the browse/enter knob until screen goes blank.
Screen will appear a few seconds later and should have reset itself.
Cheers Peter
