I find I place a straight edge across the inner rim and measure from the inner hub to the straight edge, then I know for sure they match up.....saves trying to decipher the stamping inside or rely on some expert in a shop. If you buying 2nd hand give each one a very close inspection and reject if any signs of abuse....they are chinese rims.
