Flatland 4x4 spare wheel carrier?

Hi Guys

Anyone got the plans and fabricated one of these bumpers themselves?

I want to move the spare wheel from inside to make some room. I looked at mounting the older model swinging spare wheel holder but don’t want to mess up my good tailgate for the latch part, and then there’s the wiper and number plate!

So I’m thinking of going all out and doing the whole rear bumper bar and spare wheel carrier.

I can weld ok but didn’t want to fab from scratch, then came across Flatland 4x4?
30usd for the plans with CAD drawings so you can get all the parts cut at your local plate processing shop?

So, anyone been down this road?
Total cost v buying complete?
