Default Rear passenger side window

G'day all . Have a problem with the right hand side rear passenger window . Won't go up or down from driver's master control , will go down from the rear passenger door switch but won't go up. I've checked the loom from the drivers footwell to the drivers door , all seems ok (already had 2 wires repaired ). It's a one person car so doubt if anything's worn out back there . Any ideas ? Would be happy just to get it back up , the window that is

Had the same fault on my Grand and it was a broken wire between the drivers door and the main loom. When I repaired the door wires I soldered new pieces of wire in to replace the old ones ,when pulling on the old wires most of them were broken and came apart even though they looked OK.
If you just want to get the window working again and fix the door wires properly later(which is what I did), do this....Pull the inside skin off the passenger door and cut the green (just green,no trace), then cut the grey wire as well. Now strip the wires and reconnect green from switch to grey from door....grey from switch to green from door. Now the window can be controlled from its own switch and you are back in action till you have time to repair ALL the wires on the driver door.
Now get back up the bush and enjoy without the rear window being a pain!!

Cannot remember but the 2 wires you have done are just the main 12pos and the main earth. My grand had been "repaired" before I got it but they only did same as you have. Later I repaired it again, and then the rear window and sometimes mirrors would fail too.
SO I then replaced ALL the wires on the door with very good flexible wire.
This is the best and most reliable way.
Fixed a friends grand some months ago, both drivers door and passenger front door. He was having all sorts of drama, central locking, mirrors etc. I only fixed the main 12pos and earth on the passenger door, but did all wires on driver door.
